Terms and conditions of payment

All prices on this site do not include VAT. Please pay by invoice or use our online payment system. A 2% discount can be given within 14 days after date of order. After 30 days tax will be added.

Please transact the given amount to the account no. in the purchase order.

Dispatch

Provided the product is in stock, delivery within Germany should not exceed five working days. We use standard UPS P&P service, shipping ex-works from place of manufacture (FCA Bochum, Incoterms 2010).

Costs per package are as follows:

Under 3kg      =   €15,00

3.1 – 15kg      =   €20,00

15.1 – 30 kg   =   €30,00

If you are ordering outside of Germany, please send an email specifying article, amount and destination. We will contact you promply and tell you if our delivery partner can ship under the conditions above. Costs may vary due to destination and stipulations made by our delivery partner.

Once you have placed an order our system will automatically send you confirmation. An agreement of purchase only becomes valid with a sperate confrimation from our sales department and/or at point of delivery.
