Laser Interferometer µLine
Probably the best interferometer currently available!
µLine 10, 20 und 30 are specially designed für CNC device compensation and CMM calibration. The tools are small and lightweight.
Specifications:
- Compensation unit is integrated in the laser head

Measurement system
for right angles with the µLine systemThe complexity of machines is always increasing and the growing
popularity of multi-axes machines necessitates newer measurement
technologies.
Just align the µLine 20 system along the first axis and measure the
straightness. Place the 3D Etalon in the beam path and align the
prism with the screws. It will take you a minute!
Place the reflector at the second axis align the sensor in front of the
prism. Now move the axis to the farest point and align the prism with
the second screw so that the beam hits the reflector again – READY!
Now perform the second measurement. As a result you receive a
straightness measurement of both axes plus the perpendicularity
between the axes.
