Reduce alignment costs with precut shims
Precut Shims have many advantages over hand cutting:
- exact thinkness and size, the thinkness is printen on every shim
- reuseability
- massive time saving
Shims are available in 5 sizes, fitting to clamping bolts M12, M18, M27, M36 and M52. They are of stainless steel: AIS 1301 X5CrNi18-10 oder X10CrNi 18-8.
Solid shims, individually marked with thickness, are available in each size. Availabe in packages of 10pcs in thickness from 0.025 mm up to 3.00 mm. Furthermore we offer packages with shims in different thicknesses. An S1-Package contains for example 10 pcs of each thickness 0.05 + 0.10 + 0.25 + 0.50 + 1.00 mm.
