ProLine® 100
ProLine® 100 is a very practical low cost Machine Tool straightness measurement package. Often ProLine 100 users add a sprit level (µLevel 20) at right angles in order to measure the „Roll Error” together with the straightness simultaneously.
If you also need to measure other things like squareness, level , flatness or pallalelism the you should check out the ProLine 200 or 300 instead.

So what package is for what?
Starting with the most complete package ProLine 300. With this package you can do just about ever machine tool alignment required. Straightness, Twist or perpendicularity. The other packages are a subset of this with different priorities.
So what good about this. The T430 is kind of special and quite unique on the market today. Together with the sensors it provides the reference plane and beam for all of the about measurements. Self levering, rotating and calibration along with its precision and ease of use is very unusual. The Toolkit is very important too. Almost all ProLine 300 customers have a Toolkit. T250 – Round Laser SourceThe T250 Laser is a highly developed Laser source that is very small in dimension, which is a great help when measuring where there´s not much room! The T250 Laser possesses a beam of outstanding quality. Available as package with mounting adapter and power supply.
T430 Sweep Laser The T430 is a precision Laser self-levelling Laser Transmitter. It has several unique features which make it ideal for the alignment of machine tools. For example: In spite of its performance spec the unit is very small 96 x 96 mm x 121 mm. It has fiberoptical laser source which is exactly round and of Gaussian intensity distribution. It has a self calibrarion function because the house is able to rotate 360. The T430 generates two orthogonal optically coupled Laser beams. These and many other make the T430 ideal for machine tool alignment.
